Planning your London trip? Here’s everything you need to know before you go.
What’s Included in the Tours?
All our programs include guided activities, transportation within the UK, scheduled excursions, and full support from London City Tours staff. Accommodation, plane tickets and meals vary by package, and each itinerary clearly lists what’s covered.
What Group Sizes Do You Support?
We welcome groups of 5 to 50 travellers. Whether it’s a small academic visit or a large international tour, we adapt the program to fit your group’s needs.
How Do Bookings and Payments Work?
Once your dates are confirmed, we issue an invoice and secure your reservation with a deposit. The remaining balance is usually due 4–6 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer or authorised card.
What Should We Pack?
Comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, a light jacket, travel documents, and any personal medication. We send a detailed pre-departure checklist once your booking is confirmed.
What Are the Arrival Instructions?
You’ll receive a clear arrival guide with meeting points, staff contact numbers, and airport transfer details. An LCT representative will be ready to greet your group upon landing.
Are There Free Time Rules?
Yes — we allow supervised free time depending on age. Adults have flexible independent time, while younger students follow set boundaries for safety, with check-ins arranged by our team.
How Do You Handle Safety?
Your group’s well-being comes first. We use trusted accommodation partners, licensed transport providers, and trained staff. Every program includes risk assessments and 24/7 support throughout the tour.
What’s the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made early may receive partial refunds depending on accommodation and activity booking terms. Within the final month before arrival, only accommodation refunds typically apply. Full details are provided during booking.
